Financial Report
Our primary source of income continues from the sale
of donated bears, which are sold both online and during live shows. Additionally, we generate revenue through memberships and monetary donations.
Our main expenses this year were shipping Good Bears
plus printing and mailing Bear Tracks.
We did not have to purchase bears from the Muffin Bear Company since we purchased a double order in 2022.

Old Business
We are pleased to announce that GBW received a check from Muffin Enterprises for $4,572.00 covering the cost of 360 non-repairable bears from our last order.
New Business
Our GBW Executive Board has put forth a request for three modifications to our GBW Bylaws.
The proposed modifications are as follows:
1. The offices of Secretary and Treasurer be combined to one position. Linda Hitchings, acting secretary has volunteered to fill this position.
2. The number of Regional Coordinators to be changed
from two to just one.
3. To reduce the number of annual additions
of Bear Tracks from 4 issues to 2 issues
Election of Officers
Terrie Stong has agreed to serve as Chairman for the next two year term.
Sandy Humanski has agreed to serve as Regional Coordinator for the next two year term.
Other News
This year’s Raffle Bear is a Steiff American Pride, donated by Barbara Carr, many tickets have been sold, most online. Drawing will be in November. Go to www.goodbearsoftheworld.org to buy your chances.
